j'ai effectué 2 commande chez eux... la première jamais reçu , mais j'ai été rembourser. La deuxième je l'ai reçu 2 mois après en mauvais état la douane l'avais ouvert ,résultat il manquait une bague les chaussures était abimé et beaucoup trop petite( normalement je fais du 39 là j'ai pris du 40 et je n'est même pas réussit à rentrer mon pied, et une robe qui me faisait une tunique pourtant je suis petite 1m60 et qui n'était pas vraiment comme sur le modèle) bref rien ne va!!! j'ai renvoyé dans l'emballage comme je l'ai eu j'ai juste remis du scotche et j'ai demandé le remboursement!! pour le moment il refuse j'ai donc déposé plainte auprès de PAYPAL qui se charge des démarches en cas de problème. Je déconseille vivement se site !!! les prix sont très attirant mais ont paye le double en frais de livraison quand on l'a reçoit et comme cela viens de Chine si il y a un problème c'est pas facile à régler!!! Je compte sur PAYPAL pour régulariser!!!
There's something definitely very tempting about this site, for sure. I can understand why people would love the great selection, the very unique and beautiful looking clothes, accessories and shoes that you would likely not find anywhere (although seriously, for everyone who wants the Dabuwawa imitation clothes here, please don't. Yesstyle offers that range and the original makers of those clothes are well worth the price that they ask. The lower price on Sammydress is not even gonna justify the quality you'll get. I recommend the original Dabuwawa suppliers - their stuff is strikingly beautiful and well made. If you can read Chinese as well, Dabuwawa has its own site) I ordered a couple of boots from Sammydress and payment went through around January 23. During the earlier stages of my order when I was still speculating whether I wanted to do business with them, I engaged in the usual: asking a lot of questions about the product descriptions so that I can gauge whether they would work for me as well as doing some research through reading and watching reviews of the company. They were far more interactive and quick to respond when I haven't ordered yet but by the time my payment cleared and I was still trying to catch up on the progress of my order, the responses stopped. I sent a message about two days after the payment clearance because I knew that at least one of the boots that I was interested in is a highly demanded purchase while the other one was less so. So I asked them about availability through the problem ticket system which promised a 24 hour response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for about a week before I sent in another message at around February 5 to ask exactly the same query since my order was still placed on the "Processing" stage at that time. Another week passed and still no response and no progress on the order either.
I'm usually one of those people who really do my best to be patient and give plenty of leeway, since the progress of overseas orders are really difficult. They have to go through plane, then customs, etc. I've worked at Australia Post to know that paying for shipment is definitely just normally expensive. I wasn't surprised that the company asked for a high shipping cost since I also wanted it expedited (express) delivery. That stuff doesn't bug me. I'm extremely patient with customer service as well. But they didn't do very well on that front at all. Unfortunately the complete lack of communication especially after the payment has already been put through gives a bad impression. The problem with that is you lose customer trust and confidence because they're not caught up in whether anything is even happening to progress their orders. Once I sent a dispute through Paypal, my order cancellation that I'd sent in finally got a response. It shouldn't have to go that far. I find that very disappointing. Hopefully the money does clear through and gets returned to my account in a week or I might have to escalate my dispute.
There are many gorgeous things on this site but you don't even know whether you're going to get them or if it'll just remain in "Processing" for more than a month. The worst of it is that you won't even get told why it's still not being sent unless you pry the reasoning from them. The price isn't actually that cheap when you take into account the shipment cost. At the end of the day, it's riskier to chance whether you'll have a good experience or not with this site. So I can't recommend this site.
Jeg har ventet i 3 uger. Jakken er betalt, men de har åbenbart ikke sendt den endnu. Jeg bestilte jakken d. 16.01.14. Og nu har vi d. 12.02.14. Så snart en måned om at behandle en ordre. kan se på deres hjemmeside at den ikke er sendt endnu. De svare ikke i deres live chat, og heller ikke på mails. Er skeptisk.
I Bought some items from sammydress (2 orders). After 10 days, my stuff had'nt been sent yet. I sent them a email, and 2 days after they replied. The skirt was not in stock, so i had to wait to the 28th January (then the skirt would be in stock again), before they could sent my order. I waited and waited and waited. the 1th february my stuff were still not sent. I contacted them, and i got no answer from them. I sent them 7 emails, and they didnt reply. I started a a online chat with them. AND FINALLY ! they replied. I asked why my orders wasnt sent yet. She told me that now NONE of the items i ordered were in stock. Such a bad service. I said that i wanted my orders deleted, and i wanted my money back. They said i would get all my money back. I hope this is true.
I will NEVER.. NEVER order from sammydress again !
I saw the site and I was in love. Stunning clothes, very feminine. So I ordered a dress and some earrings. I read that the delivery may take some time, so I waited patiently for about a month and a half. But nothing came, no package. So I decided to write to sammydress. And a got a replay saying that it might take more time, maybe two months. So I waited patiently.. again. No package. I wrote to them again. And they asked if I had been to the post office!?! Now it has been almost 4 months and I have asked for my money back, but they will only give me half of it.. I haven’t received them yet, and will probably never get them..
Comme je n’ai pas d’idée pour les cadeaux en cette période de fête, je me suis penchée vers ce site, et j’ai été agréablement surprise. Les produits en vente sont chics et pas chers. Une bonne affaire !
men ikke for mig i denne omgang. tingene var meget billige, og virker ok. dog var der sket en lille fejl i bestilling(en urrem i forkert farve). transporttiden var meget lang, men alt i alt et fornuftigt firma der sender hvad man bestiller
Me and my sister ordered a few things from Sammydress.... We had an interesting experience.
First off, it did take about a month to arrive but it was a large order and they seem to source their clothing from many different factories.
I wouldn't recommend anyone larger than a size 8 aus/uk or 4 us shop from here as they cater to Asian women.
The materials are cheap and I was worried about the type of factories they use (I don't wanna say sweat shop....)
The shipping is based on weight, one of my purchases was a jumper listed as 1kg. It most certainly is not.
The item I was most excited about was an oversized cardigan in khaki brown. I was sent a hideous thick burnt orange fleece fitted cardigan, when I appealed this (sending photos and explaining) they offered me $5 off my next order... It didn't even seem like they looked at the photos. It says on their website if an item clearly isn't what you ordered and you send photos they'll give you a full refund. They lied.
I will never shop from Sammydress again and I wouldn't recommend it to a friend, I would warn them off it.
I have had better experiences shopping for clothes on eBay. Cheap and shoddy materials, bad customer service, limited sizes, shipping wrong items.

Billederne matcher ofte produkterne, dog sjældent 100% - men tjek anmeldelserne for de enkelte produkter på siden, hvor andre der har købt produktet vurdere om det matcher billederne og om kvaliteten er i top. De ting jeg har købt har været super fine i hvert fald, men min veninde købte en taske der ikke ligefrem lignede billedet... Samme farve og form - tjek, men detaljer som lynlåse, lommer og nitter passede langt fra - dog stadig en fin taske.. Husk dog altid at tjekke deres mål på str. Jeg bruger normalt s/m og L er ikke altid stort nok... De asiater er jo ikke de største...
Og husk lige køber du for over 79,99 kr kommer der en ordentlig omgang told oveni.
So i bought on the 30th of june two cardigans, i wait for two weeks and still no news about my order. I decide to send a mail to know where was my items. They said that on of the items were out of stock. First bad point : if the items were out of stock, why did they still sell them as "in stock" and why did they waited a mail from me to warning me ?
Then they told me both items were out of stock... Then they ask me if i would exchange against another product from the website... Of course i said no, because if i would want to buy something else i would do so in the first place, so i ask a total refund. And by miracle one of the item was sent... Then i ask for the refund or a date for the shipment of the other, and they told me that both of the item were already sent on 04/09/13... Which is quite impossible cause i made my order on 06/30/13... I think they are pretty f***ing kidding me. That's why i'm so angry with them. So even if they really do send me my items, this way of treating people is unacceptable...
So today I have NO IDEA of what they sent me, both of the item, only one item. OR WORSE another item i never ask for ?!
when i found sammydress (especially the shoes section) i was like "OMG amazing" they have all the kinds of shoes i really like and want at very good prices, so i adorder a pair to start with (cause the shipping depends on how much you buy the heavier the more expensive cause it's from china) i pay and i see that for 3 days my shoes are "processing" so i send a ticket to the costumer service, they answered me the next day saying that the shoes i want are out of stock.....even thought it didnt say it when i bought them, se he ask me if i wanted to be refound or i wanted to exchange, in the next ticket i sent him something like 10 more pair of shoes i was interested in a pair of shorts and a jumpsuit, well in the end the only thing avalable was the jumpsuit, that came perfectly on time and i even got refound of 10 euro difference. The real problem with this website is that i really wanted shoes and the jumpsuit is not even the same as in the picture, still not bad i can wear it and it looks good, but it wasnt worth all the troubles, it was a veeeeeeryyyyy long process till i could have it. Maybe i will try to buy again but I WANT SHOES.
