What more could you need.
HiFi Headphones were one of a very small number of companies that sold what I needed. They werent the cheapest but on further investigation the other sites had bad reviews about stocking "knock offs". No such comments were found about HiFi H. I went with my gut and paid a little extra for the reassurance. Sure enough, I wasn't disappointed. The original brand cable for my headphones came within 24 hours, securely packaged and with a lollipop. Cute.
I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat and will certainly be using them again.

Superb service.
This was my first time using HiFi Headphones and I have been happy with every part of the process. My headphones arrived well packaged and on time. Was buying 2 pairs of headphones as a first time customer.
These were to be sent to a different address than a credit card.

Quick Delivery!
This was my second purchase from HiFi Headphones and they didn't disappoint once again. I ordered my headphones at lunchtime one day and had them on my ears the next evening! Super quick service and a joy to deal with. Love my new Aiaiai headphones! I'm sure I'll be spending more money with this seller again soon.

Items arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I followed the suggestions in award winners section and got a pair of SoundMagic headphones for less than some other well known makes, so thank you for saving me some money too. I highly recommend Hifi Headphones!

I chose to order from HIFI Headphones because their website offered lots of advice that enabled me to make an informed purchase, also the support they offer gave me peace of mind that should any problems occur it would be sorted. I was kept well informed of the status of my order and the headphones arrived in good time and well packaged. I ordered the headphones as a present for someone else and so I am unable to rate the product, but I am very happy with the purchase experience and would certainly shop there again next time I need headphones.

Excellent Service
After doing the rounds searching through many websites I was drawn to this one. All I can say is wow. The service is excellent. Delivery time is great. The products I bought were excellent. I think I have found my new favourite site. They really set the bar high. I very rarely comment on websites, however I felt I had to on this occasion as I am so impressed. I can't wait to shop again.

Ordered over a weekend. Received a confirmatory telephone call on Monday morning, the order was despatched that afternoon and arrived with me the next day. Very prompt, polite service and an excellent product (E17 Alpen DAC/headphone amp). Recommended.

Fantastic, personal service by experts who know their stuff and seem to genuinely care about making sure you get the best possible product and overall buying experience.
I have had to return 2 sets of faulty headphones - in both cases they were replaced - once by the next day as I wanted them for a flight!
I can't speak too highly of these guys - I will never buy headphones from anyone else!

Excellent Headphones
Excellent Head phones and Excellent service from Hifi Headphones. I am really amazed with the quality of these bluetooth headpones. They paired up with all my mobile devices with ease and the sound quality is amazing. They fit comfortably into my ears they stay fit. I have not tried them at the gym yet but I cant see any problems with them coming off.

Good value Headphones
The customer service and knowledge was excellent, I was concerned about the reduce price and the sales person was able to explain and give me some product knowledge.
I was notified via email when the product was been sent, this is very useful when your waiting for items. I will use Hifi headphones again.

No problems whatsoever, and an excellent set of headphones
Following the failure of one of the earpieces on my old and faithful Sennheiser CX300s, I decided to explore other options rather than simply replacing them, as I had done before. I found the Soundmagic PL11s pretty soon after beginning my search, and soon after that found my way onto hifiheadphones.co.uk.
I was struck immediately by the specialism that the company clearly had in headphones, and felt confident that I would receive a good service, which I absolutely did!
I particularly liked the inclusion of reviews from various sources on the product pages for several of the headphones they had for sale. The website didn't have the electronics outlet feeling that some online audio equipment retailers seem to have. I felt that time had been spent enabling customers to make an informed decision, which, judging my the rich sound emanating from my PL11s, I did!
I'd happily buy from these guys again, and will definitely be returning the next time I need to buy replacement headphones!

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I ordered some replacement earpads for my Sienheiser hd 560 ovation headphones as the old ones were looking tired. The new ones were sent quickly, with good coms keeping me informed about their status. The headphones now look like new. I would gladly recommend their service to others.

I bought a pair of headphones from hifiheadphones and didn't get on with them. Exchanged them for a more expensive pair based on reviews I'd read. These also proved an unwise choice. Sent them back and was given a full and prompt refund. Just had to pay for the postage. Very patient and understanding sales team. I made quite a number of calls to Robin and Steve. This is what internet shopping should be about and these guys set the standard. Would definitely recommend.

Very goob product and ultrafast shipping
I did not expect that a cable can change so much the listening experience of inear monitors, but that's exactly what I learned. Simply, after replacing the cable, that I did only because the original one was quite uncomfortable, my Super.fi 5 pro sounded in a completely different manner.
