Great stock, great prices and speedy delivery

They seem to hold more stock than most of the other RC suppliers and I was pleasantly surprised to get an order to Northern Ireland the next day. Will definitely use again.

Second to none

Have ordered from Modelsport many times and have received excellent service each time. Every order has been next day delivery, even when I placed an order at 5pm once. They have a large list of stock and if something is not in stock they will send an e-mail alert when it is, saves you having to keep looking yourself. They are a credit to on line shopping, many others can learn from them. Cannot praise them enough. Can't wait to visit shop.

My Favorite RC dealer!

Great service, stock and equipment I would order frequently from this shop if I wasn't so poor!. I have only had one issue where I could not understand the man on the phone but hey gotta laugh about stuff like that. Keep up the good work MSUK.

Excellent Customer Service - Website Experience second to none

My first order was unfortunately declined due to a problem with my PayPal account, but Modelsport were incredibly quick to let me know. I ordered again using debit card and the order came within 2 days! Extraordinarily quick service! As well as this the website was very user friendly - overall a great experience!

Extremely Satisfied

Iv'e bought numerous items from Modelsport (batteries, chargers ect). I recently purchased a Traxxas Bandit and was very happy with the speed and durability of the car, it was a nice clean, quick order. From my view i seriously recommend buying from this company.

great servic

well this was a spec. order i whanted the AE SC10 4x4 and some upgrads some off it they dint had on stock but they got them in real fast in the time frame they told me and shipt it out to me on the day i was promest.

they got a great email service and this will not be my last time dealling whit them.

The best model shop in the UK

I have been into Radio controlled models in a big way for many years and have dealt with many model shops. None come close to Modelsport UK in the complete service that they give to customers. They are nearly always the cheapest on price, The goods never take more than a few days to be delivered, The live stock levels on the website is very good and gives you the choice to order what you need in a hurry.
If you are a pro like me running over 40 models or a newcomer to the hobby there is no other model shop around who can offer this level of service.

WOW! Amazing!

Well where to start..? Rang up Modelsport and spoke to a very polite young man who helped me Place my order on Monday for a Hpi trophy as this was my first nirto car I wanted to ask a few questions, after speaking a other model shops I was a little hesitent to ask as questions as they seem to just try get you off the phone, but eith MS they took the time to explain the in's and outs of the hobby! They gave me alot of confidence and tips and tricks for propper use and maintenance. Never had this much care and attention from any where! Not to mention the delivery times.. next day! I got a email from them with all tracking information, tracked my parcel on line (link in the email) it gave me a hour time window which worked fine for me as i had to pop out! Astonishing service!

AMAZING

model sport has a quick email response and deals with somthing when ever you want. i had somthing break on my nitro car done while driving it and they managed to replace it. there just the best going to order all my parts for them for next day delivery :)

Great advice and service

Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly staff. As someone that is a novice to RC cars I was treated well, and I am delighted with service and product I have recently brought. Personal service second to none

I'd actually ordered the wrong items for my son's car with Modelsport for his birthday. Thankfully this was not an issue I e-mailed MS when I got home on Monday night (when I realised I had ordered the wrong parts) and got a reply Tuesday morn - thankfully the whole process of swapping them was painless and I got so much help locating the correct parts for his Traxxas car. Not so common getting such fast helpful replies these days I think everyone would agree. Keep up the good work Modelsport!!

God service, dog lidt langsom levring..

efter lang tid, hvor folk har sagt at jeg sgu prøve at handle her, men var ikke "trygt" ved at handle udlands, men nu skulles det prøves, og må sige at der var virkelig god service, det gik smertefrit, dog synes jeg at deres levring var lidt lang.. men det går..

Kan Stærkt anbefales

da jeg har hele huset fyldt med rc køber jeg ca noget der fra 1 gang om ugen og der har aldrig været nogen problemer med noget af det og deres priser er gode og de har en hel masse til de fleste mærker og deres levering er også rimelig hurtig og de svare med det samme hvis man skriver til dem, så de kan stærkt anbefales.-

Dejlig brugbar side med super service og lave priser

Jeg købte en fjernstyret bil hos dem, og den kom 2 eller var det 3 dage senere. Siden er meget nem at finde ud af og det er nemt at finde de forskellige ting man mangler.

Alt til RC modelbyg til billige penge.

Jeg har efterhånden handlet ved www.modelsport.co.uk gennem en årrække, og jeg har altid fået en udsøgt behandling. De har alt til RC modelbyg til lave priser. Leveringstiden er 2 - 3 dage fra England, så leveringstiden kan der ikke klages over.
Fremragende hjemmeside, der er meget overskuelig, og hvor man tilmed kan se lagerstatus på de enkelte dele.
