Although a good service in shipping and delivering, return policy is to be aware:
1. Tested the product (a multimedia player) and was not satisfied with the product.
2. After 3 days receiving the product, asked for return process to start. Product was in same condition and package.
4. Said the best they would do is refund 50% of money paid for the product, as the package was opened.
I am talking about a 400 euro investment. I am not satisfied. It's obvious I would need to test it. It's obvious no one is not satisfied with a product just looking at it without opening it! It's obvious I would prefer selling a new product myself than offering 200 euro (50%) to the "drucker.be" (AKD-Internet)... Only this last part seems obvious to AKD-Internet.
Very inadequate post-selling support. Such procedure is even ILLEGAL in my country. Beware.
1. Ordered an item in stock.
2. Got paying details.
3. Paid my order (bank transfer).
4. Got an email saying item was not available.
5. Promised numerous times a refund would be made very soon.
6. More than two months passed and no money!
I wish I had investigated before... Beware!
